Bilingual Video Journalist from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada

Experienced in local reporting, broadcast journalism, business reporting, cross-cultural exploration, short film biographies

I grew up near a beach in Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia.

Following graduation at Dalhousie University, I travelled to Europe and dedicated all attention and time to refining french- communication skills.

Very interested in the Arabic language and culture, I've studied written and spoken Arabic.

Investigating insurance claims for a number of years helped to develop a critical eye, a compassionate attitude and the ability to effectively communicate in diverse environments and situations.

Sports have played an important part in my life as I've found peace and challenge in their pursuit.

Mostly however, I am passionate about

journalism and the discovery of humanity all around us!
